Mobile Air Conditioning Units

Monobloc (self contained system for small areas)

This is the most popular type of mobile air conditioner for small offices and home use and works with an exhaust hose that dissipates the heat (in a similar manner to a tumble dryer).
Monobloc units need to be situated near to a window that opens at around hip height and can conveniently wheeled around from room to room where you need it most.

Split system (suitable for larger areas)

Split systems are more suitable for larger areas as the heat is dissipated through an outdoor condenser section that is generally hung out of a window. Split systems pipes are considerably thinner, so even when hung out of a window the room is virtually sealed making the unit very effective.
